How to Maintain Your Silver Jewelry

Silver is known for its beauty and versatility. It is widely used to make different kinds of artifacts, dinnerware, and cutlery, etc. Jewelry like silver ring and silver bracelet is the most popular and well-known form of silver. The elegant luster of silver is what makes it very popular for jewelry production. But like most other metals, silver develops stains and tarnish over time. That is why it is important to clean your precious silver jewelry to avoid damage. Let us look at some easy methods to maintain your jewelry.

Prompt cleaning and buffing

When you use silver jewelry, you must remember to promptly clean it after every use. You can clean the jewelry in slightly warm water using a mild detergent that does not contain phosphate. Do not wash your silver jewelry along with other dishes as it can scratch the silver. Rubber causes corrosion on silver jewelry so make sure you do not use rubber gloves while performing this task.

After washing the silver, promptly wipe it thoroughly with a soft cloth. When you gently rub the soft cloth over the jewelry it will make the silver shine. In case of tarnished silver, washing alone will not help. You can purchase polish that is specially made for silver jewelry. Read instructions on the polish container carefully. Then take some polish and use a soft sponge or cloth that usually comes with the polish and rub the silver with it.

You can also use white toothpaste that does not have any special ingredients for whitening. Put some toothpaste on a soft sponge or cloth that's damp, and gently rub the silver. You can also try moistening the silver first and then directly applying the paste on it. Continue the process until the tarnish is completely removed. Rinse the jewelry with warm water and then use a towel to dry it.

You can also make use of dips that are available at stores. Jewelry is soaked in this solution which has the capacity of dissolving stains. In this method you will not be required to rub the jewelry. Remember not to make use of this dip on silver that has a gray or an oxidized finish as it may damage it.

Storing silver jewelry

In order to maintain your silver jewelry it is also important to store it in the right way after it has been cleaned and polished. Use pieces of a flannel or tissue that is acid free and individually wrap each piece of silver in it. Then store the wrapped pieces of silver jewelry in properly sealed zip lock plastics. Do not let the silver ring, silver bracelet, or other jewelry come in contact with paint, stainless steel, or rubber materials.

Dressing for Success at the Workplace

Dressing for any career-related event is definitely one of the major sources of anxiety for everyone at some point in their career. As vital as it is for a company to maintain a product’s image in today’s business world, it is even more important for individuals to package themselves in a way that is smart and professional. In Today’s Job Market, first impressions can never be overstated, especially if you are trying to set yourself apart from the pack of other job seekers who are trying to land the same job. The image you portray can either make or break you, and the look you go for reflects your ability to perform adequately on the job. This is a well-known fact among all professionals, especially those who aspire to high managerial positions. Looking and behaving like a highly qualified and well-groomed professional will definitely help you gain the respect and admiration of your boss, colleagues and clients.

Here are a number of helpful dress code tips to get your wardrobe right in a professional setting that suits all the different professional environments that you might need to dress for in your career and a number of fashion faux pas to avoid when dressing for success.

Types of Workplace Attire

There are 3 main types of workplace attire that you need to fully understand. Each attire depends on your company’s dress code policy. The three types of dress codes are: Professional Dress, Business Casual and No Dress Code.

Professional Dress

In most conservative industries such as, Sales, Accounting or Banking you will find that this type of business wear is dominant. In general, the business dress for men that works best in most corporate environments is a conservative dark or charcoal gray suit, a white or blue long-sleeve, button-down shirt and a necktie with a minimal or no patterns. Women’s business attire consists of a pantsuit or a suit with a skirt, paired with closed-toe high heels. This type of dress code helps you reflect a conservative and professional look that is classy but not too flashy.

Business Casual

For those who are still not familiar with the business world, defining what the business casual style is can be vague. The key to appropriate business casual attire is to understand your company’s definition of “business casual”. Basically, business casual for men is suit pants or khaki type pants, a button-down collared or polo shirt and traditional black or brown shoes. Wearing a tie or a blazer is optional. Business casual for women means classic black or brown pants, a well-pressed shirt or blouse and high-heels.

The No Dress Code Policy

While most companies have a specific dress code, there are actually some exceptions to this norm. A company with a “No Dress Code” policy allows you to wear what you probably won’t be wearing to work, such as jeans, T-shirts, flip flops, sneakers and shorts. This policy is common among IT companies, where employees have no direct interaction with clients, but employees may be asked to wear professional attire at networking events, conferences or client meetings.

Things to Avoid When Dressing for Success

Strong Fragrances

Smelling good is definitely a vital part of looking good. However, if you do not apply fragrances correctly, it might not work in your favor in the business world. Avoid wearing strong perfumes or colognes in the office or workplace and keep in mind that some people are allergic to some perfumes. So if your fragrance is too strong, only use it in your personal time!

Poor Grooming

Personal grooming is just as important as what you wear. You may select the right clothes, but having poor personal hygiene will ruin the image you wish to present. Make sure that your body is freshly showered and your hair is clean, trimmed, and neatly combed. For men, mustaches or beards must be neatly groomed or better yet, shaved. When it comes to makeup, women must try to wear the minimum and be as natural looking as possible. After all, this is not a beauty contest!

Accessories can definitely reflect your personal style and can be a plus if worn in moderation. There are some accessories, however, that should be avoided in order to look professional and credible. Women should avoid dangling earrings and must wear no more than one ring per hand, a nice watch and a simple necklace. Men should stick to a watch, one ring, and a simple belt. Ties with loud patterns should be avoided. Always remember that when it comes to accessorizing in the workplace: Less is more!

Many professionals commit a number of fashion faux pas without even realizing it due to their lack of experience when it comes to corporate attire. This can sometimes lead to being passed over for …

How To Clean Diamond Jewelry in 4 Easy Steps

Many people often ask how to clean their diamond jewelry so that it is brilliant and full of fire. Diamonds attract grease and dirt like a magnet. Lotions, creams, hairspray, makeup and perfume form a film over your diamonds over time and make them look dull and lifeless.

After years of experience, we have found that the following method is one of the surest ways to keep your diamonds clean and brilliant if cleaning at home. It is a simple yet effective method that takes no more than fifteen to twenty minutes of your time. This method is not advisable for Pearl or Emerald jewelry or for any gemstone jewelry that has been enhanced.

1. Mix one part Mr. Clean (available at most major supermarkets) to eight parts of hot water. (Water does not need to be boiling hot).

2. Carefully soak your diamond jewelry for a short period of time in this solution – approximately 10 – 15 minutes is usually enough. (Reminder: Please do not put pearl jewelry or emerald jewelry into this solution – pearls are too soft and some emeralds may discolor).

3. Remove all your diamond jewelry slowly and gently brush off residue and dirt with a SOFT bristle toothbrush.

4. Rinse well with water, set jewelry aside to let air dry. You now have diamond jewelry that sparkles and is full of fire and brilliance.

Differences Between Damask, Brocade, and Jacquard

Often times, uneducated individuals use the terms damask, brocade, and Jacquard interchangeably with one another. It can often confuse those who are unfamiliar with the world of fabrics. Jacquard is a decorative or woven pattern that is created by using a Jacquard attachment on a loom. The attachment resembles the punch card on a piano. It is purported to offer better versatility and fabric control for the operator of the loom. The Jacquard technique can be applied to a variety of fabrics, and it is commonly used on brocade and damask fabrics. It is commonly used in a variety of apparel and home goods, from tablecloths to bedding.

Brocade is defined as a lavishly decorated, shuttle woven fabric. It is primarily woven from silk; although, it is possible to find brocade constructed from a blend of silk and synthetic fibers. Often, it will be embroidered with gold or silver thread. Brocade can trace its origins back to India, where weaving is a traditional art form. It is typically woven on a loom, and it may or may not be woven using the Jacquard technique. It is also characterized by the manner in which the brocaded or broached parts of the fabric hang in loose groups or are clipped away. Although the scenes and patterns on brocade appear to have been embroidered, the scenes are actually woven into the fabric using advanced weaving techniques that involve manipulating the weft and weave of the fabric. The most common types of scenes depicted on brocade fabric are those of floral prints.

Damask, similarly to brocade, is a fabric that features woven scenes of floral patterns, intricate geometric designs, or simple scenes of domestic life. It may be woven of silk, wool, linen, cotton, or synthetic fibers. However, it is most commonly created from silk. It is primarily different from brocade in the fact that its woven fabric pattern is reversible, while that of brocade is not. Similarly, shorter weft patterns in damask allow for more subtle effects in the fabric to be created as it plays off of shadow and light. Damask weaves also contain a higher thread count than that of brocade. Double damask weaves are the highest quality of damask produced; however, it is also the most expensive.

About Charm Bracelets

Beside a wedding or graduation ring, there is a piece of jewelry on the market that has the capacity to signify some of the best moments in your life. Charm bracelets are placed around the wrist with numerous decorative trinkets dangling about. These small pendants are meant to symbolize the things most important to whoever wears them.

Often, charm bracelets are started at a memorable point in a person's life, usually given to them as a gift. This is referred to as a starter bracelet and every once in a while, as new events and memories arise, the wearer will add to their bracelet. A perfect example of this is when an expectant first-time mother receives a charm bracelet. She may add to the bracelet after her child is born during various milestones. Relevant charms include baby booties, pacifier, a tooth, teddy bear and their initials.

The History of Charm Bracelets

Charm bracelets have a history dating back to the Neolithic era and were used as a way to ward off evil. The jewelry form of these amulets were not fully realized until Egyptian Pharaohs began creating charm bracelets from pieces of metal and precious stones. During the early 20th century, charm bracelets became a feverish fad as Queen Victoria began wearing them. This time, additional items were placed on the bracelets, such as glass beads, family crests and small lockets containing images of loved ones.

The Charm Bracelets of Today

Today, anyone can have an interest in charm bracelets, either it is for the art of collecting or to display their warm memories. They are given to love ones on the day of their graduation, wedding or sweet sixteen-birthday party. Best friends, mothers and bridesmaids are also common wearers of charm bracelets. A mother may have a charm to represent each one of her children.

Charm bracelets can be obtained from catalogs, department stores, antique jewelers, as well as fashion boutiques. You never know when one will present itself. Charm bracelets and their accessories are often tucked away in hotel gift shops and art shows, as well as flea markets.

Choosing a Charm Bracelet & Charms

There are three main sizes to choose from when picking out a charm bracelet: small, medium and large. This may also determine the amount of links available for a charm. For instance, a medium bracelet provides room for 18 charms. The number of links can always be subtracted or added at any time. Once you have the bracelet, the next important thing is to collect the charms. When choosing charms, you should familiarize yourself with their meaningings. For example, a ballerina signifies that your dreams will come true. Elephants stand for cherished memories and a key symbolizes a happy home.

Charm Bracelet Prices

Depending on where you purchase a charm bracelet, you will find that the market is filled with numerous price ranges. Some can cost as little as $ 5, while others may set you back $ 500. It is the quality, material and charm detail that often dictates the price of a charm bracelet. Today, Italian charm bracelets are quite popular. The age of the charm bracelet is also a factor. There are vintage pieces that date back to the 1930s that will fetch quite a high price.

Whoever is responsible for creating your charm bracelet will also influence the price. For example, a diamond and platinum charm bracelet from Tiffany & Co costs $ 15,000 with nature-themed charms attached, such as a dragonfly and salamander. The Louis Vuitton charm bracelet costs $ 25,000 and features a bottle of champagne and a charm of the world. Often, these bracelets are given as gifts without the intent of charm collecting.

Waitress Tool Kit – Top 15 Items Every Server Must Keep at Work and Why

I am still amazed when co-workers come to work, not prepared to do their job. When a new server joins our team, she spends many days training with a few of us on our different shifts. During these “training days” she is shown the ropes, the till and everything else needed. While these new girls are training, they are using our pens and calculators. This is when we stress to them that they need to bring their own tools. I am always the one to shake my head when the same person keeps showing up empty-handed, shift after shift.

I will give you a list of the top 15 items I feel that every waitress must keep on hand, or in a locker or bag at work with a brief explanation why.

1) Handful of pens– yes, a handful would be helpful. You need to do some writing for this job. Perhaps writing out a food order, a customer or two needs to sign off a credit card, a pen runs out of ink, a customer needs to borrow one to jot down a phone number or message, a pen mysteriously disappears and of course keep one handy for the new co-worker who comes to work empty-handed every shift!

2) Calculator– handy to work out tips among servers on a tab. It’s good to double-check calculations as well.

3) Scissors– always helpful for something and when they are not around, this is the time you seem to need them the most.

4) Tape– tape is used to marry a ripped bill, an out-of-order sign may be needed to put up on the cigarette or lotto machine. How are you suppose to tape the “Kick ME” sign on the back of…just kidding!

5) Felt Marker– I use my marker a couple times a week to lend it out to a dancer to sign her posters. It’s used to mark names on reservation signs and sign t-shirts for stag parties.

6) Aspirin– to get rid of headaches so you can get through the rest of your shift pain-free.

7) Tums– for tummy aches.

8) Gum or mints– good to have on hand after eating stinky foods like garlic or onions. If you have a cold, it helps tone down any bad breath. If you tend to chew your gum like a cow, stay away from it and pop a mint instead.

9) Lipstick or lip chap– you know why.

10) Extra black skirt– in case of an accident, such as a spill or ripped zipper.

11) Extra top– in most cases, an accident such as a spill or something like hot wing sauce.

12) Sweater– especially handy in the winter months. Put on a sweater and don’t fool around with the temperature gauge in the bar. Keep it at the comfort for the customers in the room and not yourself.

13) Extra footwear– a sole rips, or a zipper breaks on boots. Sometimes a change in footwear is a welcome change to relieve pressure points so that you can finish off those last couple hours of a shift in some comfort.

14) Tampons– yup, I said it.

15) “Serving It Right” card– keep it in your purse at all times and even a photocopy of it at work. This card is mandatory for any server that serves alcohol to patrons in B.C., Canada. Find out the rules about your local liquor law.

This list is just a start. You will add items over time that you feel will be necessary to have at your job. By being organized and ready to tackle any shift, you will feel in control and look professional. In the end, you will be handsomely rewarded by making good tips!

Dreamy Jewelry

When you hear the words 'dreamy jewelry', what do you imagine? Can you see yourself dancing in the moonlight, adorned with the most gorgeous jewelry? Perhaps, coming back to the reality of everyday life, a piece of jewelry that makes you look and feel extra special!

Whatever your thoughts and imagination, let's look at some possibilities.

Picture yourself wearing just the right piece of jewelry for you – a necklace, bracelet or earrings that you look at and say "Wow! That has to be for me!". There's something in your heart that is drawn toward it and your eyes focus on the beauty of it. There's a special appeal, maybe the creative design or a particular gemstone, pearl or crystal. You know how much you want that piece of jewelry and then, guess what! The inevitable question arises! "What am I going to wear with it?" It's not a case of purchasing a piece of jewelry to go with an outfit anymore but the desire is so strong that the outfit has to go with the jewelry! Does that sound a familiar story?

Now let's see what jewelry we can place under the category of 'dreamy jewelry'.

Think about the possibility of having a genuine gemstone necklace, bracelet or earrings. Can you see yourself dreaming about owning genuine gemstones and feeling special because you know you are wearing genuine gemstone? I personally, have always felt drawn to genuine gemstones rather than a stone that I'm not sure even has a name, not to mention any value!

Some of the colors and types of gemstones are simply stunning. Here's a few for you to ponder. Turquoise, rose quartz, agate, amethyst, garnet, jade. There are so many colors and shapes available.

Gemstones can be used in many combinations of both style and color, giving a unique appearance to your jewelry. Is not it nice to be able to view your jewelry as unique? Let's face it, none of us want to walk down the street or into a shop and see every second person wearing the same necklace, do we?

Another possibility with 'dreamy jewelry' is to have pearls mixed with gemstones. With the wide array of pearl colors and shapes available, once again you can have a unique necklace, bracelet or earrings that is really 'dreamy'.

This Fantasy Baseball Post Will Make You a Man

We’re about to separate the men from the boys, fantasy baseball style.

As we approach the 25% mark in fantasy baseball leagues, it’s important to assess your team so you can do what you need to do to take home the gold.

But what is a reasonable point deficit? At this point in the season, can you come back from being 10 points down? 20 points? 30 points? (Listen, if you are more than 30 points down, just close the lid on your laptop, cause you’re dunzo.)

Below are the point break downs for one of the leagues I play in, a 15 team 7×7, which means there are tons of points in play:

1. G-Brett’s ’85 Retros, 142

2. Marco Scrot-aros 141

3. San Diego Phishsanwiches, 141

4. Charlotte Chew Chews, 138

5. Elma Bears, 114

6. Bash Brothers, 112

7. bases clearing bunt, 111

8. Vandelay Industries, 110.5

9. Knocked Balls, 109

10. A1Swift Lowry, 109

11. Mediocre All-Stars, 109

12. Aye Dios Mio, 105.5

13. Base-ah-ball Been-uh-good, 89

14. Williamson Wolverines, 79

15. Phillies Bro Code, 68.5

I’m going to argue that only the top 4 teams are playing for 1st place. Teams 5-11 are playing for 2nd place (I’ll explain later). Team 12 is playing for, at most, 5th place. And teams 13-15 will be battling to see who stays out of the cellar.

I realize that if you find your team in a similar position to those in positions 5-12 you are angry at me, because you still have first place on your mind. That’s good (and I’m OK with controversial posts). Everyone respects a fighter. But there is no sense pressing on, fueled by the hopes and dreams of unicorns.

Let reality sink in. I will systematically vanquish your dreams with my sword of Logic, Fact, and Sheer Obviousness (Dexterity +3).

There is at minimum 24 points (138 minus 114) that separate the top tier teams from the second tier teams. While 24 points is absolutely a deficit than can be over come, those 2nd tier teams don’t have a realistic chance at 1st place. I’ll explain.

The beauty of Roto is that there are lots of things in play, and they all must be taken together.

One of the 2nd tier (5th-11th place) teams will absolutely make a run. Probably two of them will. This means that those teams will be jockeying back and forth for points. The fantasy lords giveth, and they taketh away.

Likewise, at least one team in the top tier will make a run. Last year our winner finished with 170 points, meaning there is still room for the front runners to pull away. The rich get richer, as they say.

Not only do you need to make a strong run, but the top tier teams need to tank, and fall back toward you. See #2 above. This is almost entirely out of your hands. This also can not be overstated.

We’re assuming that those 2nd tier teams are underperforming, and that the best is yet to come. It could very well be that around 110 points is a little over their head and that they’ll collapse soon enough.

Some of you are reading this thinking, “So you’re saying there’s a chance.” To make rash moves to achieve a goal that you really have little mathematical chance of obtaining is dumb. To do it at the expense of future seasons is dumber. (A decision to pursue a longshot in a keeper league can cripple your roster for years to come.)

Maybe some things break right for you. Maybe a heck of a lot of things break right for you!

But a 2nd tier team needs to get and stay hot for the rest of the season. They need for the other 2nd tier teams to remain luke warm, at best. They need the top tier teams to tank, all of them. We haven’t even mentioned health of your team.

These are too many variables that are out of your control. A hopeful, yet reasonable, outcome would be that the league would indeed have a couple teams plummet, while having one team break away from the pack of mediocrity to land in 2nd place. A first place finish is probably an unreasonable outcome.

The reason I said that this post would make you a man is that it gives us all an opportunity to man up, face facts, yet still make some moves that will shoot you up the standings.

Fantasy baseball is a marathon, not a sprint, so there is still ample opportunity to make the kind of run that makes the ladies swoon, even if it is a million to one shot at first place. Jumping from 12th to 6th is still admirable. A battle for 4th can …

A Quick History of Stainless Steel Jewelry

Steel jewelry popularity today can be directly tied to its hardcore properties which allow it to be practicably indestructible. It is the Superman of all metals. Stainless steel was discovered between 1900 and 1915, but there were efforts to collect the metal dating back to 1821. While experimenting with metal alloys and their resistance to most acids, they came across a new combination that produced steel.

In order for this to be done, chromium must be used. A Frenchman named Berthier studied the iron matrix and the effects chromium had on it. He found that at least 10.5% chromium must be used to make the metals more durable. Later in 1872, another Frenchman named Brustlein figured out that carbon (at least .15%) had to be mixed in with the chromium and iron to produce stainless steel.

At first, steel was mostly used for industrial items, such as car grills, appliances, railways, vehicles and plenty of other commercial items. Later, jewelers began to see the value steel pieces could bring for those looking for everlasting jewelry. In 1847, steel jewelry came in the form of watches. They were created by the Cartier dynasty in Paris, France, which was founded by Louis-Francois Cartier. These wristwatches were created for their men’s jewelry line.

People began to see more trends in the stainless steel jewelry realm as the years went on. In the 1980s, steel bracelets, steel rings and earrings were becoming readily available, among other pieces. The popularity of the stainless steel wristwatches, which were known to last a very long time, may have influenced the growth of steel in jewelry fashion. Not only are jewelry made in steel fashionable pieces, but they are recommended by doctors to patients who have allergic reactions to nickel, which can be found in sterling silver and gold lower than 14k.

Stainless steel is often compared to gold because the two are last long and are exude style. Of course, stainless steel jewelry over-lasts gold because it is immune to a lot more elements including time itself. Jewelry collectors looking for a non-mainstream look have chosen stainless steel rings and bracelets over sterling silver and gold. Compared to sterling silver, Steel has a darker silver-gray color. More and more people are beginning to lean more towards steel, especially in men’s jewelry. There are various types of steel jewelry finishes, such as hot rolled, cold rolled, brushed, reflective, mirror, bead blast, heat colored, satin, course abrasive and bright annealed. They are classified under different types, which are numbered series between 100 and 600.

There are more jewelers selling steel for women and men’s product lines, containing bracelets, rings, necklaces, watches, anklets and earrings. Stainless steel is more popular than mainstream metals because of its lifetime guarantee. Steel is by far one of the most sought after metals, not only in the jewelry industry, but in the housing, construction, decoration and other industries that require long lasting materials.

Dressing Up As Tinkerbell – An Easy Guide

It seems that girls just want to have fun. The astonishing popularity of the Walt Disney version of Tinkerbell has endured since the studio released its 1953 film, even leading to a sequel in 2002, almost fifty years after the original. Tinkerbell has even starred in her very own prequel film, so while people may love Peter Pan, the breakout star of the film, thanks to Walt Disney, seems to be the mischievous little pixie. Therefore it stands to reason that little children everywhere are keen to dress up as Tinkerbell on any particular occasion; Halloween, fancy dress parties, parades – you name it. But even if you are determined to give your little darling what they want, what do you have to do to put together a Tinkerbell fancy dress costume?

First of all, it’s worth starting by sitting down with your kids and watching a few versions of Peter Pan. Start with the Walt Disney version, of course, but it’s worth watching the 2003 Paul Hogan live-action film, as well as reading the book. This is a great way for you to get a feel for the character and see what your child really enjoys about the character, which you can then accentuate in the costume.

Next up, you should think about the hairstyle. Sure, it may be the Walt Disney interpretation of Tinkerbell, but the character in the film really is the iconic portrayal of the fairy. There is nothing wrong with being brunette or ginger, but Tinkerbell just isn’t brunette or ginger. If your child is blonde (or if you, as an adult, are dressing up as Tinkerbell), you could have it cut into a pixie-ish bob – Tink has short, bobbed hair, a style which is eminently fashionable today, so it would definitely be a good look for everyday life. However, if you are not wanting to have a haircut, or dye your hair blonde, you can simply buy a wig. Fancy dress shops will have a range of wigs available, so you can easily sort out your hairstyle.

In terms of a dress, you will need a short, green dress. Obviously not as short as Tinkerbell’s actual dress – in the Walt Disney film, she wears a dress that barely covers her modesty. For women and children, this is not a good look – adults, however, could get away with cutting the dress a little shorter if they’re going for a sexy version of the Tinkerbell look. Cut the hem in a jagged pattern to give it a bit of fairy-like authenticity. The fairy doesn’t wear much in the way of accessories or jewellery, so keep it simple – a basic necklace, with stud earrings, particularly pearl-effect ones, or earrings that sparkle. This will help create a fairy-like feel.

Now your costume is almost complete, with just a few extras required to make it a perfect Tinkerbell costume. You could wear a sparkling hairpiece to give the outfit a little bit extra sparkle, or use body glitter to create a shimmering effect. While there is a range of weird and wonderful variations on fairy wings available, keep it simple – the Tinkerbell costume is instantly recognisable; you won’t need to overdo it. A bog-standard pair will suffice, especially as they may well get damaged on a night out. In terms of shoes, adults can get away with green or gold high heels, while children should go for ballet pumps. And there you have it – a perfect Tinkerbell costume.

Authentic Koobas from previous seasons had the single sided tag (so you may find an authentic pre-2006 Kooba with the non-folded tag). Counterfeit bags were much easier to spot back in 2006, the scammers have gotten very good now. Initially, you could spot a fake Kooba designer handbag by looking for anything other than the “brown string” attached to the Kooba tag. Now, most of the fakes have the brown string also.
