When I was teaching Back School, the two biggest housekeeping complaints were folding clothes and sweeping floors. In many cases, the complainant was a parent of young children. The first thing I tell these parents is that even very young children can be fold their own clothes, even their sheets and towels. Children as young as 4-years of age can do some simple folding tasks and can certainly help you fold clothes. Don’t worry, this is character building stuff.
The main lesson to learn about all activities of daily living is to pay attention to your back while you work. You should work only until your back starts to feel tense, then stop for a short period, and relax. It may be that you can spend very little time on each chore or a part of each chore, at least at first. That is okay. Say it to yourself, “It is okay for me to only work to my current limit. I am still a good person.” When you are able to relax completely, when you are relaxing and even when you are working, you will be amazed at how quickly you recover. Relaxation is key.
The biggest clothes folding bugaboo for most people with low back pain is folding sheets. My question to you is, do they really need to be expertly folded or do they just need to fit on that shelf in the linen closet?
Okay, the truth is you just need to be able to fit the sheets in the closet. This is what I suggest:
- Find a comfortable standing position.
- Stay relaxed.
- Grab the sheet, top or fitted bottom, at a corner and hold the sheet in front of you, close to your body, with the corner about nose high.
- Wrap your free arm around the sheet that is hanging in front of you just above waist high.
- Move the corner of the sheet down around the arm that is at your waist while you move that arm up, winding like the action of a fishing reel.
- Wind the sheet around your arms in this fashion until it is completely ‘folded.’
I know it isn’t pretty but it is done and it does fit in the closet. As your back improves, you can add folding sheets back in to your activities. For now, just close your eyes and stuff it in the closet.
Sweeping the Floor
You may be able to find shortcuts for folding clothes but sweeping floors is definitely something for which there really are no shortcuts. I wish I knew for sure what it was about sweeping floors that makes it so difficult. I am guessing that, because you are slightly bent over, it is difficult to maintain correct posture when you are sweeping not to mention the slight rotation that the motion requires while you are slightly bent over. All I do know for sure is that it does irritate an already sore back.
Fortunately, while it is irritating, it is not harmful. The secret to sweeping a floor is to stop and rest before you really start to feel your muscles tighten past the point of no return. Stop, even for a moment, and use some standing relaxation techniques.
But, hey, you are at home. You don’t have to stay standing. You can go sit down and read a bit or lie down on your bed for a moment and just chill out. Nobody is judging you and you are doing what you can to stay active and in the game.
Another possibility is to use one of those dusters that would allow you to use one hand while you push the duster around. It is easier to maintain your posture and you are not rotating your trunk while you do it. It is good to switch hands periodically while you are dusting the floor. Also, just because you have one hand free doesn’t mean you can sweep and pick up at the same time. This can lead to real trouble. Make this an exercise in restraint. You being good to you so that at the end of the day you have something left for those people you are doing the sweeping for, even if it is just yourself.

There is a big fuss about Sarah Palin's stylish glasses. Sarah Palin's glasses were made by Kazuo Kawasaki and cost around $ 400. The reason she looks so good in her designer glasses is because she chose the reading glasses that fit the shape of her face. Oval, round and diamond are the main face shapes. An oval shaped face should be able to wear about any kind of glasses but try and go for wide glasses that extend beyond the sides of the face. A round shape face should focus on reading glasses that make the face look longer and thinner. They should definitely be wider than they are deep. The diamond shaped face should go for rimless, square or with a straight top that is curved at the bottom.
Besides being trendy, hip and fitting the shape of your face, reading glasses should be thin, light and comfortable so you feel as if you are not wearing them at all. There is no doubt that a great pair of prescription or reading glasses will help one look more professional and more fashionable.
Just like a great handbag or pair of shoes, reading eye glasses are an accessory that will enhance your overall look and help you make a fashion statement. Whether you want to look glamorous with a pair of sleek, rimless reading glasses or show your wild side with animal print reading glasses and rhinestone reading glasses, you can show off your inner style without breaking your budget.
Wearing reading glasses out in the sun has traditionally been a bad experience. The glare is terrible and the lenses do not specifically protect your eyes from the UV rays. If you have ever bought the bulky thing that clips on your prescription or reading glasses, then you know it is uncomfortable and that it makes you look something like a fly. Reading sunglasses look terrific and also protect your eyes from the harmful UV rays of the sun.

Flea markets are a great place to sell inexpensive costume jewelry. If you own vintage costume jewelry, you are probably better off selling them through other channels. Most shoppers in flea markets are not aiming to spend a lot of money on individual items. More often than not shoppers have a general idea of how much they intend to spend in a flea market and that doesn’t include spending on high end vintage costume jewelry. You can probably maximize your margins selling them in other locations.
However, flea markets are still great locations to sell your jewelry pieces. If you set up a jewelry booth, you are likely to sell more volume on good quality and fairly priced items.
Below are a few tips setting up a costume jewelry booth in a flea market:
Almost all types of costume jewelry can be sold in a flea market. You may come across items that you can sell from discount stores, clearance sales, thrift stores and even garage sales. While these don’t provide a steady or reliable source of products to sell, you can also purchase directly from wholesalers and importers of costume jewelry. A few advantages of purchasing your pieces from an importer or wholesaler is their reliability in providing you with jewelry that have generally passed through quality control and can provide pieces in bulk.
Pricing and Tagging
Make sure that you don’t over-price your pieces. You can do this by checking the price of the same or similar pieces in the same flea market or surrounding areas. Meanwhile don’t under-price your items as well. Make sure you cover your fixed costs such as booth rental, electricity, hired help and even your time. This should give you an idea of your volume break-even point and the mark-up that you place on each piece.
Make sure all your jewelry pieces are in good condition and clean. You can attach the piece to a card and stick on your price. Another way to tag your piece is by attaching a sting through the loop of the jewelry. Either way, make sure that the pieces are secure in a presentable manner.
Trays are great for displaying your jewelry pieces. The downside to using just trays is the amount of space that it takes up on your table. Whenever possible, use stand or hook larger pieces like bib necklaces on walls. Jewelry stands are available on-line or through display companies.
You also don’t want to scare away customers by over decorating. It is always a good idea to have your booth decorated neatly. Having some color helps as it differentiates your booth among the other others.
Another tip is to have, when possible, a sign board. The sign should state exactly what you are selling, in this case costume jewelry. The sign always attracts attention in a sea of many other booths without signs.

Marcasite jewellery usually refers to silver jewellery inlaid with small stones made of Pyrite. The most common precious metal used with Marcasite is sterling silver. Due to the contrast between the two metallic grey shades, the combination is very striking and it gives a special vintage look to silver jewellery. Nowadays Marcasite earrings, rings, pendants, and brooches are present on the market at very affordable prices and they have their own antique charm liked by people of all ages.
Properly maintained Marcasite silver jewellery actually improves with age and it develops a lush patina layer when treated well. Given the fact jewellery with Marcasite is usually made of Sterling silver, most of the tips on caring for silver jewellery apply here as well. Here are some top tips about Marcasite jewellery care:
1. Store your jewellery in a clean, dry place.
2. Keep your silver Marcasite in a fabric-lined jewellery case, or even better in a box with compartments and dividers. If you prefer to use ordinary boxes, wrap each piece individually in special plastic pockets or soft tissue paper.
3. Don’t put together your jewellery pieces in a drawer or jewellery case. Pieces are prone to scratching.
4. Never leave Marcasite silver jewellery lying against bare wood. Wood, especially oak, contains an acid that will mar the surface of the silver. Paper and cardboard, since they are wood pulp products, have the same effect, so avoid paper envelopes or small cardboard boxes also.
5. The only way to clean and sanitise Marcasite jewellery is to clean it with mild soap and water solution, after which the jewellery should be gently wiped dry with a soft non-tarnishing cloth.
6. Don’t soak Marcasite jewellery in water.
7. Avoid steamers and ultrasonic jewellery cleaners as these may damage the Marcasite stones.
As with Sterling silver jewellery in general, taking good care will make Marcasite jewellery more beautiful and more vintage with time.

So now you have a pontoon boat. What next? Pontoon Boat Accessories! No matter what you are using your boat for, accessories are necessities. Let’s break it down.
First things first. Pontoon boat covers. You just paid a good price for your boat, you don’t want it to get ruined by the natural elements do you? Let’s say you don’t have a boat cover, when it rains, your boat gets wet and soggy. The sun beats down on your seats, tables, grilles, etc. causing fading and making your pontoon seat material brittle over time. Wind blows leaves, twigs, branches, berries, plant seeds and anything else you can think of, then when it gets wet from the rain, those things will stain the interior of your pontoon boat. Lastly rodents will get into all your stuff and start chewing on the fabric, plastic and wires causing even more serious damage. If you don’t protect your boat it will be in very poor and ugly condition within 2 years.
You probably spent upwards of $13,000 or more for that pontoon boat. If you pay that much, it just makes sense to take care of it. Buy a pontoon boat cover and be done with it.
Now on to fun fun stuff!
Pontoon Boat Seats are by far the most important accessory. I like nothing more than lounging around in comfort at any place on the boat. Plus they have swivel seats for the front of the boat so you can sit and fish in comfort and style. Add a trolling motor with a foot pedal and you’ve got it made! My dad bought an add-on to the swivel post for my mom that actually holds an umbrella over her head so she can be in the shade! Talk about spoiled.
If you are going to hold boat parties, which you will, you’ll need plenty of seating. That’s why pontoons are nicknamed “party boats”. Seating is prime, but think if you had some tables with built in cup holders right next to them. Now your on your way to being the pontoon boat that everyone wants to party on!
It doesn’t stop there, oh no. Add a barbecue grill on your pontoon and see your friends come out of the woodwork to stuff there faces full of great and beverages of their choice!
The list of pontoon boat accessories goes on and on. All of which will make you boating much more fun. if you want to check out more of my take on accessories, feel free to visit my blog. I go into more detail and much more funny stories there! Happy boating!

They may be healthy for the eyes and make driving safer by reducing glare, but let's face it, a lot of us buy sunglasses for completely non-practical reasons. Long associated with luxury, fame, the sun-drenched days of summer, and more than a little all-around glamor, sunglasses are purchasable "cool." The sales of millions of both cheap and expensive wholesale sunglasses are assured not by their practical benefits, but by the fact that they make almost all of us seem a bit sexier.
The earliest use of sunglasses is hard to date. However, forerunners of today's shades go back as far as medieval China where judges bore spectacles made of smoked quartz to conceal their reactions. The direct ancestors of today's shades, however, were created by English inventor James Ayscough, who experimented with tinted glasses which were later prescribed for people with health conditions that made them sensitive to light. With the arrival of the twentieth century and mass media culture, sunglasses became popular among actors in the very new movie industry. Some say they warned them to avoid recognition by fans when out in public, and some argument it was to conceal the fact that the ultra-powerful lighting used in early filmmaker left them with badly reddened eyes.
In any case, sunglasses did not become really popular until the late twenties, when a previously less than successful entrepreneur in the field of women's hair products began experimenting with injection molding equipment to make quickly produced sunglasses. Sam Foster, who had a concession at the Atlantic City Boardwalk Woolworth Department Store (location, location, location!), Began marketing the glasses to squinting beach-goers under the name Foster Grant. Although it was the early days of the Great Depression, the glasses became something of an immediate fad and photos of huge stars like Greta Garbo wearing them certainly did not harm their allure. After 1936, the development of the first polarized sunglasses, using technology created by Edward Land of Polaroid Film, reduced glare and eyestrain and added an important practical benefit to wearing sunglasses.
Sunglasses remained popular for the next few decades but, as with so many American products, it took Europeans to remind us of our best work. Sunglasses figured prominently in the European "new wave" hits of the late fifties and early sixties, most especially in the films of the great Italian director Federico Fellini. When he put designer shades on international superstars stars like Marcello Mastroianni and Anita Ekberg, sunglasses achieved an almost metaphysical level of import.
Perhaps inspired by the use of sunglasses in then-trendy European films, Madison Avenue launched the "Who's behind those Foster Grants?" campaign. Cannily using stars who had plenty of glamor but relatively low price tags, the Foster Grant "mad men" employed character actor Anthony Quinn; curvy superstar-to-be Raquel Welch; and two comedy legends in the making: Woody Allen and a pre-Inspector Clouseau Peter Sellers. The campaign was an intense, years-long success and only further solidified the association between glamor and sunglasses.
Meanwhile musicians used sunglasses for reasons as varied as blindness, to hide the blood shot eyes caused by late nights and various forms of indulgence, or just because musical talent and good looks do not always go together. It actually did not matter why Ray Charles, Roy Orbison, or the Beatles wore sunglasses. They looked cool wearing them. And so it continued on into the eighties when songs like "Sunglasses at Night" and "(The Future's So Bright) I Gotta Wear Shades" further cemented the idea of sunglasses as manufactured coolness. Sales of higher-end sunglasses, most commonly Ray-Bans, skyrocketed and producers of shades found their own future quite bright.
In the nineties and on into our 21st century, an increasingly health-conscious public has become more aware of the potential benefits of wearing sunglasses, while the economy has often dictated somewhat lower prices. As manufacturers and ophthalmologists work to maximize those health benefits and lower price tags, the sales of sunglasses to people of all ages and income levels continues unabated to this day. Often sold at discount – but always in bulk because of their immunity popularity – wholesale sunglasses are among the most popular items both at high-end retailers and as discount deals. That's not likely to change. Anything that makes you feel so cool while being so comfortable and protecting your eyesight is not going away any time soon.

Want to find clothes from the movies to add to your wardrobe or give as a gift? Well, you are not alone. This new fashion trend is really catching on in larger cities, metro areas, and even some smaller towns as available clothing suppliers and the internet enables the demand for specific types of clothing, outfits, and individual garments to be met. To find clothes seen in a movie, the most important thing is to know as much about the movie as possible.
Your first stop on this hunt might be the IMDB (The Internet Movie Database) where you can look up your favorite move or actor. By doing this research first you can uncover all the important information about the film you want to buy clothes from. For example, let’s say you watched Sling Blade and wanted to find the hat worn by Doyle Hardgraves or the shirt worn by Vaughan. In these cases, you might not know the names of the actors or when the film was made. The Internet Movie Database at IMDB.com can provide all of this info and much more!
Once you know which actor you want to dress like and which movie he or she was in, you can then try searching online to find out more about the available designers and clothing stores that provide this very specific type of service. These types of websites usually allow you to search by actor, film, or fashion type. You can usually even just search the most recent additions to their supply.
Whether you are searching for designer clothes, sunglasses, hats, shoes, dresses, coats, jackets, or other accessories worn by famous actors and actresses in the movies, you can find exactly what you are looking for online!
This new fashion trend is a great way to expand your wardrobe. If you want to dress like Seth Rogen in Knocked Up or Don Cheadle in Crash or George Clooney in Ocean’s 13, you can do it easily now via the Internet and sites like ISawItIn.com and SeenOn.com that help you do this!

When looking for diamond engagement rings, round brilliant cut diamonds are often the gem of choice. With their multi-faceted surface they appeal to many would be grooms as the perfect offering to their bride to be. Round brilliant styled cut stones are cut in a round shape with many facets to increase the brilliance of the diamonds in wedding ring sets.
First developed in 1919 by Marcel Tolkowsky, the round brilliant cut is comprried of 58 facets to take advantage of how light plays on the diamond, so increasing its brilliance. The majority of engagement rings today are made up of round cut diamonds. They are also common in diamond stud earrings and pendant necklaces. Today's modern cut diamond differs from Tolkowsky's original cut. The culet (flat surface on the bottom of the stone) of today's round brilliant cut is much smaller and in some cases is non-existent. In addition, the table or flat surface at the top of the diamond is larger than diamonds of old.
Round diamonds with the brilliant cut style are the most popular of diamond shapes today. When shopping for a round cut style of ring, there are things that the buyer should be aware of when visiting the local jewelry store. A larger table will make the diamond appear bigger than it really is. The size of a diamond is determined by the diameter of the stone and not the size of the large table facet on the top. Many people have the misconception that a larger karat weight of the diamond means it's of greater value. Round cut diamonds that are outside the ideal cut range are going to have smaller diameter size, so not being worth as much as a diamond with an ideal cut.
Many consider the round brilliant cut diamond to be the most versatile as it fits well into most types of jewelry. However, as a general rule, round cut diamonds are usually more expensive because it is easier to retain the karat weight of a diamond if it is cut to a fancy shape than if it is cut to a round. Most stone cutters work to cut the diamond as close as possible to the ideal cut while trying to maintain as much of the karat weight of the diamond as possible.
With its shimmering brilliance and look of luxury, the round brilliant cut diamond is the premiere choice of those looking for distinguishing diamonds that stand out.

What are the Healing Rays?
The rays can be described as vibrational frequencies of Divine Unfolding Light emanating from the Cosmic Heart of Mother / Father God. They bring with them particular qualities, colors, and sonic vibrations that are integrated with our various energy bodies, and allow us to be conscious of ourselves as magical Beings of Light.
They further assist us in the activation of the dormant DNA, and the awakening to our multi-dimensional memories. As such, the influence of the rays can take us into a defect understanding of our light work, as well as giving insight into particular behavioral patterns we may still be integrating. The rays further work from a healing perspective, and their vibrational properties Overlighted by the appropriate Chohan, can assist in the rejuvenation and / or regeneration of the physical / etheric body.
Planetary Rays 1-7
The Seven Rays have appeared in religions and esoteric practices since at least the 6th Century BC. Helena Blavatsky introduced the rays to Western Society, and one of her students, Alice Baileyought much information through through the first seven rays, through her channelings with Ascended Master, Djwhal Khul. Although opinions differ slightly as to how the rays influence us, all authorities seem to principally agree that these first seven rays, known as Planetary Rays, bring qualities essential for healing and growth, in preparation for ascension.
"Sounds and colors are all spiritual numerals; as the seven prismatic rays proceed from one spot in heaven, so the seven powers of nature, each of them a number, are the seven radiations of the Unity, the central, spiritual SUN."
(HP Blavatsky – "Isis Unveiled")
Since August 7, 1972, five additional rays have been available to Humanity. The five higher earthly rays, rays eight to twelve, carry a higher vibration of Source Light. They do not have the level of dualities that exist within the first seven rays, and are having an amazing impact on the anchoring and activating of our own wonderful Higher Light and in the actualization of our true nature as Master Beings of Love and Light.
These twelve great rays spiral forth from the Cosmic Heart of Mother / Father God, Overlighted by the Twelve Directors at a Multi-Universal level, and move through each precedent dimension until they enter our Solar System, historically streaming in through sacred vortices in and around the Earth.
Cosmic Rays 13-18
During the first Harmonic Convergence, between August 15-17, 1987, and the unprecedented Light activities experienced at this time, six Cosmic rays were partially anchored onto the Earh through the Overlighting of the Mahatma, the Cosmic Avatar of Synthesis. At this time, a Galactic portal through this quadrant of the Galaxy was reopened, which allowed the six Cosmic rays to come pouring forth onto the Earth plane. The six Cosmic rays, which were drawn just prior to the Fall of Atlantis, are Service rays: and were not completely anchored onto the Earth until April 23, 1994.
These Cosmic rays hold the highest quotient of Source Light, and are a combination of all twelve rays, with an additional focus on one or more of the rays. For example, the First Cosmic Ray, is a combination of all twelve rays with a Monadic focus on the second ray of Love-Wisdom, which creates the thirteenth ray of Solar Service. The second Cosmic Ray, the fourteenth ray of Interstellar Service, is a combination of all twelve rays with a Monadic focus on the eighth ray of Transcendence, and so on.
The Cosmic Rays can best be understood as a bridge between the Planetary Spiritual Hierarchy, and the Cosmic Spiritual Hierarchy. The Cosmic Rays bring with them the ability to integrate aspects of our multi-dimensional Selves, and further to this, allow us to step into the infinite and eternal NOW through the Immortal understanding of our true nature.

Whenever you go shoe shopping, can you simply just pick out a shoe in your size, check out the price and style, and then turn around and head for the sales counter? No way will this tactic provide you with a comfortable shoe and proper fit every single time. Well, how is it then that you can select the right shoe for you?
Shoes do not have a standard size. The actual size of a shoe labeled 8 wide in one brand will not fit the same as a shoe labeled 8 wide in a different brand. This is why people typically vary a half of a size from shoe to shoe.
Trying on shoes before purchasing them is the very best way to determine if they will fit you properly. Whenever possible, physically try on several shoes in various brands and styles to determine what is most comfortable for you. Once you find a brand that works well for you, consider coming back to that specific brand for your next pair of shoes. This may save you time during the hunt for the right pair of shoes.
Some helpful tips for finding the right size shoe is in regards to trends about the sizing of shoes. Dress shoes typically run smaller than jogging shoes. High heels and bowling shoes typically run a half size smaller than regular street shoes.
Shoes are available in various widths. Each brand, again, is different. In one variety of shoe, you may require a wide width variety. Another type of shoe may be a different story. This is why trying on shoes is so important.
Shop for shoes later in the day. By the end of the day, your feet may have swollen slightly due to the activities of your day and stress on your feet. You may think this sounds like an unpleasant situation for trying on new shoes, but in reality, this is the best way to determine if the new shoes will fit comfortably at the end of a long day.
Although the public typically tries on just the right shoe and leaves the left shoe in the box, you will want to stray from this pattern. Place both of your feet in the shoes and take them for a test walk. Pace the aisles of the shoe store for a few minutes before making your final decision.
Bring socks or knee highs with you when you shop for shoes. Do not expect to try on a pair of sneakers barefoot to determine how they will feel on your foot with a thick pair of socks. This can be deceiving.
Know that some shoes will stretch after wear. Do not purchase a shoe with the intent that it will stretch to fit your feet properly. You may luck out on occasion with this, but as a rule of thumb, you will be disappointed. Instead, try a larger size, different width, or completely new style of shoe.
Trying on several shoes Is the best way to find just what you are looking for in a shoe. Take a stroll through the store in your prospect new shoes at the end of the day to ensure comfort. With a little time and effort, you will find shoes with just the right fit.

Every year, the Coachella concert is such a huge thing in the fashion circle. And now, the heat of Coachella 2018 is surrounding the USA. Hot weather and the hot outfits of the attending celebrities make our hearts burning even before the music show opening! As always, we are expecting to see the looks of the Coachella fashion trendsetter as much as the wonderful music we can enjoy by Beyonce. The fashion ideas we get from the Coachella 2018 actually kind of serve as an enlightenment to the most trendy styles of the coming summer. But just some of the too bold outfits from the concert attendees are not so practical in our daily life. So this post is aimed at giving you the most appropriate recommendations that we can try easily.
1. Wearing a bra out is not a new thing already, but pairing a see-through lace bra with a cool long semi skirt (lace or irregular cutting is preferred). At the Coachella present, the great photos have shown us how eye-catching and stylish this collocation is. This idea really makes your street-style remarkable in the 2018 summer.
2. Fresh ruffled skirt set is a recommend fit in the hot summer by so many fashionistas in recent years. Go for some quite colorful and special flower printing makes you look much more fashionable. When you wear a pair of cool sunglasses, it looks that this look is born for shining days.
3. Tassel style is classic, retro and likely to be immortal in the summer fashion circle. But too much will bring a reversed reaction, so one of the celebrity showed up in Coachella 2018 only applies it in the end part of your skirt, which is a smart decoration visually. And the tassel creates a sweet flavor to the whole outfit.
4. One of the fashionable ladies in the Coachella 2018 encourages us to make a compliment about the cooperation of white shirt and black denim shorts again by her attaining look. She is wearing something special but concise at the same time. She is adopting a folding design for the shorts and an irregular cutting for the top shirt. Moreover, she pairs the outfit with the cowboy boots, that is the exact concert look!
5. A comfortable wide-leg straight ninth pants and a ruffled top create a fresh and elegant style. This look is going to make you stay chic in the whole summer. But just remember to pick up breathable light fabric for the pants, otherwise, you will not enjoy the high temperature so much.

When you first buy a piece of jewelery, whether it be a costume necklace or a precious gold ring, it's always bright with any stones untarnished and sparkling. But how do you keep it that way?
Well if you follow these top tips, your jewelery will stay beautiful:
Store your jewelery pieces apart so they do not get tangled- we love silk jewelery wraps for their functionality and touch of boudoir glamour.
Make sure your costume jewelery avoids contact with abrasive chemicals such as nail varnish, perfume and hairspray, as these can cause it to quickly tarnish or become discolored.
Keep any pieces with precious or semi-precious stones way from direct sunlight to avoid fading. Nothing ruins a piece of jewelry like faded stones that were once bright and beautiful.
To keep pearls scratch free make sure you wear them alone, as other materials such as silver or enamel can damage a pearls fine make up.
A nice tip for removing dust from pieces is to gently blow it away using a hairdryer on a cool setting, or a soft lint free cloth always brightens jewelery up.
Examine your jewelery pieces regularly to make sure settings are holding stones in place tightly and clasps are joining properly.
Never clean your silver jewelery with abrasive or harsh cleaners, simple water is enough to make it shine again, and does not damage your jewelery.
This probably all looks obvious, but were all guilty of sometimes neglecting our beautiful jewelery; I know my friends and I definitely are!

Petite women don’t have to worry about dress sizes and styles. They can wear anything and still look good! Women with a few extra pounds need to be more careful about their dressing choices. As a plus-size woman, you can neither wear something too loose nor too tight. To make things simple, we have enlisted ten different tips below, exclusively for styling and dressing better.
1. First things first, wear your size. Some amazing brands specialize in various kinds of women plus size clothing, and you can find quite a few options according to your budget and preferences.
2. Get shapewear. Contrary to what most women believe, shapewear is not meant to trim your figure by a few sizes. The right product will just tone your curves in the right way so that the dresses and skirts fit better. You can go for a full-body shapewear style or choose something exclusively for the mid-area/tummy.
3. Play with materials. Textures and colors can change a lot of things. Instead of the trying the same kind of materials, try more organic fabrics that don’t accentuate the wrong portions of your body. Lace is a good option, besides cotton.
4. Choose the right prints. Prints can make or break a look. Plus-size women should look for smaller prints that create a leaner look. You can try small polka dots, floral patterns and even simple prints with little motifs.
5. Pick the right styles. Ruffles and peplum styles might not be a good choice if you have a wider waist. A better choice is to opt for simpler designs that help in highlighting the perfect areas. For example, if you have a leaner upper body, a halter-neck top might help in adding more attention.
6. Unsure of a dress size? Contemplating if a particular style will look nice on you? Well, order two. Online sites offer easy exchange and return options, and you will easily return the size that doesn’t fit you.
7. Layer it up. Shrugs, summer jackets, scarves, and stores can be an excellent way to add zing to any outfit. You don’t have to necessarily buy expensive styles. Just make sure that you don’t overdo the different things. It’s all about minimalism!
8. Accessorize as you like. Don’t like buying a lot of clothes? Want to style in a budget? Invest in a set of handbags, jewelry, and other items. Statement earrings and neckpieces can help in creating a new look, regardless of what you wear.
9. Be cautious with stripes. Lines are great, as long as you wear the right styles. Don’t go for broad styles that can highlight your body in the wrong ways. Instead, leaner stripes work better, and vertical prints always look better on plus-size girls.
10. Lastly, break the tone of your outfit wherever possible. If you are wearing a long dress, add a belt to bring down the monotony. You can also try using body jewelry and low-back cuts to keep the glare away from the wrong areas.

The European fashion shows have finished, and the top designer brands have been showing their latest collections, but what have been the noticeable themes this year, and what is likely to be in the high street menswear stores for the spring and summer season of 2018?
Top designer brands, such as Armani Jeans, Billionaire Boys Club, Kenzo and Stone Island are stocking their shelves with the latest fashion right now, so here’s a glimpse of what you can expect to be trending in men’s fashion in the spring and summer of 2018.
The 1980s Are Fashionable Again
The decade that some would prefer to forget is going to be a big influence on men’s fashion this year and that is going to mean that faded jeans with frayed bottoms, pastel colours, and jackets with squared off shoulders will all be making a reappearance. Believe it or not, there were even a few creases ironed into the jeans at the fashion shows as well!
Shorts are not every man’s idea of the perfect formal wear item, and it’s fair to say that opinion has always been divided about men wearing shorts anywhere outside of the gym or a sports field. However, smart, tailored shorts were on show in many of the designer’s collections this year.
Vertical Stripes Will Be Big
Vertical stripes appeared on many of the runways this year, so expect to be adding some stripy numbers to your wardrobe this coming season. In fact, stripes could be on just about anything this summer, including T-shirts, joggers, suits and short-sleeved smart shirts.
Tonal Colour Matching
A lot of the outfits worn on the runways used tonal colour matching to great effect. In other words, head to toe complimentary shades. There’s going to be no throwing on what comes first out of the wardrobe this year, because the guys will be all wearing tonal matched outfits this summer.
Graphic prints were also much in evidence at the shows, especially prints on shirts. Louis Viton majored on tropical prints this year, while you can find some very striking graphics on shirts in the stores right now from designer brands like Kenzo and Billionaire Boys Club.
Black and White Are Both Back
One of the big trends in men’s fashion for the SS18 season will be to dress all in white. The opposite was also in evidence at the European fashion shows with lots of black as well. The two were rarely mixed, though, so we won’t be returning to the two-tone look just yet!
Olives and Moss Greens
And finally, to go with an abundance of camouflage patterns there was a definite trend towards colours with a military feel, such as khaki, beige, and moss greens. Thankfully, brands such as Stone Island already have a good selection of coats, shirts and trousers in these sorts of shades, so you won’t have trouble keeping up with this particular SS18 men’s fashion trend.

Roses in bloom are probably one of the best sights that you can lay your eyes on. Seeing lush and colorful roses in bloom are very ideal but it takes more than just planting to have them. If you want to be a rose gardener of some sort or if you simply want to try out planting a few rose bushes, then selecting roses for your garden is essential. Here is a simple guide that can give you an idea of what you should do once you start your rose gardening efforts.
Before you start selecting roses for your garden, you must understand what it takes to have a good selection process. Your wants and likes are not the only determinants to the type of rose that you can plant. One major thing to consider is the climate of the place where you live or where you plan to set up your rose garden.
Most kinds of roses find it hard to grow in colder climates. However, harsh hot climates are also not ideal. To gauge your place, you should know that a rose plant must have at least six hours of continuous sunlight each day. Without this, your plant might not bloom or might not survive at all. If you know for sure that your climate is suitable for growing roses, then you can start selecting roses for your garden.
To start selecting roses for your garden, you have to ask yourself questions. What kinds of blooms do you prefer? Do you like fragrant roses or is the issue of fragrance not as important as the lush of the blooms? Do you prefer roses with long stems or do you want roses to grow in clumps so you can have more blooms to appreciate? What colors do you prefer? Do you want your roses to bloom once a year or more often, if possible?
In selecting roses for your garden, here are some types that you can consider. Hybrid teas are popular types of roses because they are very similar to the long stemmed roses we all like. They grow one bloom in a stem and a stem can reach up to five feet in height. Another type is the Grandiflora rose which grows in clusters and can reach up to six feet. Florbundas, on the other hand, are shorter as they grow to up to only about three feet but they also grow in clusters.
When selecting roses for your garden, it is of primary importance to consider climate. Aside from that it is also essential that you choose to get your bushes from reputable and quality nurseries. You can also order them online. Do not hesitate in spending a few more dollars just to get better bushes. They will be worth the amount you pay for. If you settle for nurseries that are below quality, then you might just end up paying for rose bushes which do not grow healthy or beautifully. It always pays to learn more about the best rose types you can grow in your area and also about the best ways to care for them. After all, in the end, you will be getting blooms that are worth the extra effort.
